We apologize for not offering a general return or exchange service. We strive to provide our products with the highest quality and ensure they meet health and professional standards. Therefore, please make sure to select the appropriate products before completing your purchase.

However, an exchange service can be provided in the following cases:

  1. The product arrives completely damaged due to shipping.
  2. Receiving a product different from the original order.

Conditions for accepting a damaged product:

  • The damage must be caused during the shipping process and not due to misuse.
  • The exchange request must be submitted within 48 hours of receiving the product, along with clear photos showing the damage.
  • The product must be in its original packaging and unused.

Note: The customer must inspect the product upon delivery and check its condition before accepting it. If there is any visible damage or defect, the product should be rejected, and the delivery personnel should be informed immediately. If the product is accepted without inspection, we will not be able to provide an exchange or return service.
